Using the website
You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s account, scrape protected content, bypass access controls, submit false or harmful information, or use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for access to the email address used for your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. Course and membership access is personal, non-transferable, and may be limited by cohort, lesson, purchase, or stated access period. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect members, content, or the service.
Applications, enrollment, and payment
An application does not guarantee acceptance. Enrollment is confirmed only after acceptance when required and successful payment or complimentary approval. Prices and included features are those shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s applicable terms.
Live sessions and community conduct
Participants must engage respectfully and protect the privacy of others. Harassment, unauthorized recording or redistribution, disruptive behavior, and sharing private participant information are prohibited. Hosts and moderators may mute, remove, or restrict participants when reasonably necessary.
Recordings and participation
Live sessions may be recorded for replay, archive, or course delivery. When recording is active, you may choose to keep your camera off, remain muted, or avoid sharing identifying information. By participating with audio, video, chat, or screen sharing after notice of recording, you permit that contribution to appear in the session recording and related course materials.
Intellectual property
Website and course content—including video, audio, downloads, written materials, graphics, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Alex Seeley and/or Paper Girl LLC and is protected by law. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership. You may use course materials personally but may not copy, publish, sell, share, teach from, or distribute them without written permission.
Educational and spiritual content
Content is provided for educational, inspirational, and spiritual-development purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, or financial advice, and no specific personal, professional, ministry, or business result is guaranteed.
Availability and third-party services
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may rely on third-party services such as Cloudflare and Stripe. Schedules, speakers, lessons, and technical features may change when reasonably necessary, with suitable alternatives offered where appropriate.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
